Maintain and build relationships with customers via telephone, IM, social media, and personal communications. Represent Bolt Express in a manner which is consistent with our Mission statement. Sales Coordinator is responsible for all activities to drive growth. Create and manage leads, contacts, and accounts within the CRM system for accuracy and follow up in customer account management. Work closely with other departments including all operations teams as it pertains to potential customers, requests for quotes, or customer needs. As training progresses, occasional travel may be required to meet with customers. Attend networking and/or trade shows to prospect new business leads and build relationships with customers. Education, Experience, Skills No Experience is necessary. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under stressful &/or time critical situations. An appreciation for the importance of providing exceptional customer service. Professional attitude and demeanor Able to create, foster, and maintain effective employee relationships. Proficient computer skills High school diploma or equivalent Some analytical skills required. Remote work opportunities are available as training progresses. Cross training in other functional areas will be available.
