Program Job Summary:
Assist in Consumer Sales Department including Sales Support Desk, Monthly Commission Process, International Coordination and various other duties.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Forward potentialcustomer leads and provide company and service information in order to create an appointment for local market sales staff. Follow-up with customers as a dedicated service representative throughout their move to ensure a good experience. Work closely with Alaska staff Assist with managing
Sales Leads Desk Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Google, Mobile technology, IPad skills Calendars and general internet capabilities, as well as company software Math skills Organization skills Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to quickly build rapport and trust
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or its equivalency
Working Conditions:
