Job Description

Sales Coordinator We are a growing company in the clean transportation and infrastructure space, providing turnkey solutions for fleet operators. We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support deal execution from quote through contract and invoicing. This role partners closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure deals move efficiently, accurately, and on time. Key Responsibilities Deal Execution Support Account Executives in structuring and advancing deals from quote to close Track deal progress, documentation, and key milestones Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep deals moving Quoting & Pricing Prepare accurate customer quotes based on pricing models and deal terms Ensure consistency and alignment with company guidelines Contract Management Draft, track, and manage customer agreements Coordinate revisions with internal teams and customers Maintain organized contract records and version control Billing & Invoicing Partner with finance to generate and validate invoices Ensure alignment between contracts, pricing, and billing terms Support resolution of billing questions or discrepancies CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate data in CRM and internal systems Support reporting on pipeline, bookings, and invoicing Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations Assist with customer communication as needed Support event coordination and lead tracking Qualifications 3-6 years in sales operations, deal desk, or sales support Experience with quoting, contracts, and/or invoicing Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Nice to Have Experience in leasing, logistics, or infrastructure-related industries Familiarity with pricing strategy or contract lifecycle processes What Success Looks Like Deals move efficiently from quote to execution Pricing, contracts, and invoices are accurate and consistent Sales team is enabled to focus on closing business CRM data is clean and reliable Customers have a smooth, professional experience #
INDSJ Pay:
$28.00 - $36.00 per hour
