Job Description

Atlassians have flexibility in where they work whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, as part of being a distributed-first company.

This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the UK or Poland.

Your future teamOur Sales Development Representatives partner with our Account Executives to build and sales pipeline for our Mid-Market customer base while ensuring a delightful customer experience. All of this is done in tight coordination with our Sales Operations and Marketing teams. You will report to a Sales Development Manager.

In this role, you will:

Accountable for outbound prospecting, quota carrying role, meeting conversion into pipelineQualify customer business leads through proactive outreach and researchConduct cold calls, emails and others outreach strategies to engage with decision makersCollaborate with sales, marketing, partner and operations teams to develop lead generation strategiesNavigate objections through value-driven messagingArticulate the value proposition of our products to our customers.

Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospectsGreat at writing relevant emails that are personalized to delight our customersBuild your pipeline in partnership with Enterprise Advocates and Enterprise Marketing teamsWork with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and LinkedIn NavigatorYour background:

Experience:
No prior experience as an SDR is needed. Some of our most successful SDRs made a career change from recruitment, teaching, or were a top sales professional in another industryCompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
For Poland:
64,800 PLN - 84,600 PLN gross (contract of employment) annuallyThis role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
