In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities, supporting strategic account growth, and contributing to customer success initiatives. You will act as a key connector between marketing, sales, and customer success, helping build and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical B2B environment and wants to grow their career in sales, account development, and industrial AI solutions. Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and digital outreach to generate qualified leads Research target accounts and develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) Identify customer pain points and uncover new use cases for Lincode's solutions Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess fit within target verticals Support strategic account growth and opportunity development Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts Assist in customer success initiatives and onboarding handoffs Conduct market and competitor research to support outreach strategies Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead generation initiatives Requirements 2-4+ years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, or SDR roles (B2B and AI technology preferred) Strong background in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement Excellent communication skills with the ability to run discovery conversations and product demos Experience using CRM tools (Hubspot) Ability to understand technical products and articulate value to business and technical stakeholders Analytical mindset with interest in market research and account strategy Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead nurturing and direct sales techniques is a plus.
