Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads, understand their needs, and schedule high-quality appointments for our licensed sales producers. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in insurance sales, develop consultative selling skills, and grow within a dynamic, performance-driven team environment.
Salary Range:
$30,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Energetic and enthusiastic personality. Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Ability to handle rejection and stay positive. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Access to computer or laptop. No prior insurance experience is required. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads. Engage and qualify prospects to ensure a smooth handoff to licensed sales producers. Follow call scripts and adjust conversations based on customer responses. Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude on every call. Accurately document lead interactions and appointment details. Meet or exceed daily and weekly call goals. Contribute to a fun, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
