We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to help take Mirantis to the next level. As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing the marketing & sales pipeline, while working closely with your Account Executive. This role is the first step in the selling process and presents the first impression of Mirantis to our prospective customers. We're looking for enthusiastic 'hunters' with a sales orientation and a drive to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Generate new sales leads through outbound phone and email prospecting and in close alignment with the sales teamGenerate new sales leads through inbound efforts, with a focus on proactive follow-up with interested prospectsSchedule meetings and solution demos for the Account ExecutivesManage outbound leads process to maximise conversion and pipeline developmentEffectively communicate Mirantis's offerings and apply them to the needs of a prospectAccurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in SalesforceAchieve monthly quotas and objectivesQualifications2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT sphere Outbound prospecting experienceStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business valueStrong motivation to meet and exceed aggressive goalsA strong desire to learn a comprehensive software sales processOpen to take direction and feedbackExperience in technology solutions, cloud, and SaaS - will be a plusSkills with tools such as Saleforce, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, 6sense etc. - will be a plusAdditional InformationWhat does Mirantis offer you?
