Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting. This is a high-activity, performance-based role focused on building pipeline and creating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, disciplined, and can remain productive in a remote environment.
Compensation Hourly base:
$22- 26/hour (based on experience) $20 bonus per qualified meeting Additional bonus opportunities for high-quality accounts that convert & grow What You'll Do Make outbound calls and emails to cold and warm leads to generate interest Conduct consistent follow-up with prospects and prior contacts Qualify potential customers based on company criteria Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team Work through assigned lead lists and prioritize outreach efforts Maintain accurate records of all activity in Zoho CRM What Success Looks Like Consistent outbound call activity ( typically 80-100 calls per day ) Generating 15-25 qualified meetings per month Maintaining accurate and detailed CRM records Contributing to a steady and reliable sales pipeline What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Organized and detail-oriented Coachable and open to feedback
Preferred:
Previous SDR, inside sales, or cold calling experience Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)Pay:
$22.00- $26.
