Role Overview CrecenTech Systems Private Limited is looking for a driven and results-oriented Independent Sales Contractor (1099) to support business growth through lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition. This is a performance-based, commission-driven opportunity designed for individuals who thrive in a target-oriented environment and prefer flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social platforms Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline Schedule and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos Understand client needs and present tailored solutions Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue goals Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities Compensation & Incentives Performance-based commission on closed deals Recurring/residual earnings based on client retention Incentives and bonuses for exceeding performance targets Compensation details will be shared with shortlisted candidates Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT services, SaaS, digital marketing, call center services, or ERP solutions Understanding of B2B sales cycles Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Work Structure 1099 Independent Contractor role (not a full-time employee) Remote and flexible work environment Responsible for managing your own schedule, tools, and workflow
