We're growing—and we're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us ignite new opportunities and fuel our sales pipeline. In addition to base compensation, this role includes a performance-based incentive plan for appointments set. What You'll Do As a Torch Networks SDR, you'll be on the front lines of our growth efforts by engaging prospects and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date by editing and maintaining contact records during calls Making 80+ outbound dials per day to warm prospects Prospecting new clients and sharing the value of Torch Networks' services Setting qualified appointments for senior sales consultants Confirming inbound and outbound appointment details You'll play a vital role in expanding our reach and helping organizations discover a better way to manage their technology. What You Bring We're looking for someone who is: Experienced — one year of inside sales experience preferred, ideally in a business-to-business environment Confident — strong phone presence and communication skills Organized — able to stay on top of tasks, calls, and CRM updates Driven — motivated to meet goals and grow within the company Professional — comfortable representing the Torch Networks brand to potential clients Experience in appointment setting or lead generation is a strong plus.
