Milwaukee, WI Full-Time | In-Person Role Snapshot An expanding sales organisation is hiring a Sales Development Representative to support customer acquisition campaigns for a nationally recognised telecommunications provider across Milwaukee retail and event locations. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting appropriate service options, and supporting enrollments within structured promotional campaigns. About the Opportunity The organisation partners with established service providers to deliver in-person customer acquisition campaigns within retail and event-based environments. Sales Development Representatives play a key role in initiating customer conversations and identifying service upgrade opportunities. Key Responsibilities Initiate structured conversations with customers regarding current internet and mobile services Identify opportunities where faster internet speeds or bundled services may provide added value Present tailored service recommendations based on customer usage habits such as remote work, streaming, or gaming Explain bundled service savings and promotional incentives clearly Support enrollment completion during campaign activity Track qualified leads and confirmed service activations Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on service updates and promotional changes Contribute to daily and weekly campaign performance targets Qualifications & Candidate Profile Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable initiating conversations with new customers Goal-oriented with the ability to work within structured targets Professional presentation and reliability Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer engagement is beneficial but not required Must be legally authorised to work in the United States Training and product education are provided. Compensation & Development Weekly base pay plus performance-based commissions Average weekly earnings of approximately $900, based on individual performance Comprehensive onboarding and structured sales training Career development pathways into leadership roles Interviews are currently being conducted for Milwaukee openings.
