We work closely with founders and engineering leaders at venture-backed companies to support critical hiring needs across emerging technology markets. Role Description We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with technical decision-makers, and grow PACE's client base. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, market research, and early-stage client engagement across AI and deep tech startups. You will work directly with founders, executives, and engineering leaders to generate new business opportunities and support revenue growth. What You'll Do Identify and research high-growth startups and engineering organizations in Physical AI, Robotics, HPC, and Defense Technology to uncover new business opportunities Conduct outbound outreach to founders, executives, and hiring leaders, using strong communication skills to start and advance conversations Generate and qualify new business opportunities through structured prospecting and relationship-building Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients with strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through Track hiring trends, company growth, and market activity to inform targeting and outreach strategy Partner with recruiting teams to support client engagement and delivery across active searches and new opportunities PACE Recruiters offers a base salary plus fully uncapped commission. PACE Recruiters offers a hybrid work schedule.
