In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Engineering, and Operations—to support key customer accounts, prepare proposals, follow up on technical requests, and help drive our go-to-market strategy. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a background in engineering, business, or supply chain who want to grow into a Business Development, Technical Project Management, or Account Executive role. --- Key Responsibilities Assist Sales and Field Application Engineering teams in coordinating customer communication and technical follow-ups Support proposal generation, quotations, and product documentation Track and organize project status updates, sample deliveries, and customer requirements Collaborate with internal teams in Taiwan and the U.S. to ensure smooth execution of customer programs Participate in customer meetings and prepare internal meeting summaries Research competitive solutions and market trends in high-speed interconnects Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a strong plus (not required) Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills Interest in cloud infrastructure, data centers, or high-speed electronics --- Why Join Us?
