$73,000-$78,000 base + commission ($0~$50K depending on performance)

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (Hybrid)

Company Overview Established packaging manufacturer serving retail, beauty, food, promotional, and event sectors. Provides end-to-end solutions from product development through domestic and overseas production. Position Summary Responsible for driving new revenue growth through acquisition and expansion of B2B accounts. Manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting to collection, while coordinating with internal and overseas manufacturing teams. Key Responsibilities Generate new business within retail, beauty, food, promotional, and event verticals Transition and grow existing account portfolio, if applicable Prospect and develop self-generated leads via market research and networking Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings Prepare and deliver proposals and pricing Manage orders through full sales cycle, coordinating with U.S. and overseas production teams Oversee accounts receivable; commission tied to timely invoice payment Meet annual revenue and gross profit targets Maintain CRM/contact records and provide bi-weekly sales reports Attend trade shows and occasional out-of-state meetings (approx. 4-6 trips annually)
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 4 years of B2B direct sales experience with documented revenue achievement Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas Proficiency in standard office software and phone systems Valid driver's license
Preferred:
4-6 years of experience in retail packaging and/or food packaging industries Proven track record of budget attainment Transferable portfolio of active accounts
