Manage territory sales efforts by identifying potential markets, conducting outreach, and establishing strong relationships.
Manage the sales funnel:
call leads and facilitate tours of the coworking space to showcase amenities and value propositions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance data. Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events to generate leads and expand the client base. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and membership packages with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee account management activities to retain clients through upselling opportunities and exceptional customer service. Compensation will be determined by revenue generated by sales efforts. Requirements Proven sales experience. Passionate about the creative arts community. Strong management skills with previous experience leading a sales team or managing territory sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and pipeline management. Knowledge of marketing strategies, inside sales techniques, and product demos tailored to creative industries or coworking environments. Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
