is looking for a Sales Operations & Analytics Lead who is ready to roll up their sleeves and architect a world-class sales engine. We aren't looking for someone to maintain the status quo; we are looking for a candidate to build our future. The Mission You will act as the operational heartbeat and "Chief of Staff" for our sales organization. Your goal is to move beyond mere data entry and design a high-performance commercial engine. By owning our CRM architecture, driving advanced analytics, and embedding elite sales methodologies, you will clear the path for our team to operate with elite efficiency. What You'll Do Architect the
Engine:
Design and maintain CRM workflows that drive high-performance behavior. Borrow best practices from top-tier industry leaders to create a definitive playbook.
Data & Analytics:
Translate raw data into executive-level strategy using Power BI and Tableau or Zoho Analytics. Act as our "strategic radar" to identify trends before they happen.
Operational Rhythms:
Define the communication cadences, review processes, and transactional workflows between field sales and operations to ensure we move as a cohesive unit.
Sales Enablement:
Manage relationships with external training experts and operationalize their strategies so that new methodologies stick.
Gamification:
Create competitive leaderboards and clear metrics that inspire the team to maintain clean, accurate pipeline data.
Who You Are A Systems Thinker:
You notice inefficiencies and have the drive to fix them immediately.
Tech-Fluent:
Advanced experience with CRM environments (Zoho CRM preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, SQL). You are comfortable leveraging AI (Gemini, ChatGPT) to automate documentation and strategy.

You build deep trust with competitive, high-energy salespeople. You have the empathy to understand their challenges and the backbone to hold them accountable to protocol.
