Job Summary:
As a Sales Operations Specialist for the Business Development Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and initiatives of business development for T&A Supply Co. Under the direction of the Sales Operations Manager, you will work closely with business intelligence team members to ensure proper project data management and efficient execution of tasks within our CRM system and relevant platforms. The Sales Operations Specialist will perform detailed process implementation within the CRM and relevant platforms as it relates to project and account data management, market research, lead generation and business intelligence administrative functions.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:300 PM.
Please note:
This is a 100% remote position; however, candidates must reside in the greater Seattle/Tacoma area.

What you will be doing:
Process Management:
Under the direction of the Sales Operations Manager ensures proper processes are implemented in the CRM and other relevant platforms as it relates to project and account research, data management, analyzation and documentation.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct research and gather information from relevant platforms and databases on project opportunities, competitors, and potential clients. Analyze data from research for project tracking, enter proper information according to project upload processes, and prepare reports to support business development strategies and decision-making.
Data Entry & Data Management:
Update and maintain databases, CRM systems, and other relevant platforms with accurate and up-to-date information. Follows processes as set forth by the SOM to ensure proper project tracking and data management in the CRM and relevant platforms. Consistently enters accurate data in CRM as it relates to projects and account research. Manages data in the CRM and relevant platforms on a daily basis as it relates to project and account tracking, ensuring they are always up to date and accurate.
Documentation and Reporting:
Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of business development documents. With a large focus on Plans and Specs relating to tracked projects. Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of information.

Familiarity with CRM systems and database management is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

Ability to conduct research, gather information, and analyze data on industry trends, market opportunities, competitors, and potential clients to support business development strategies and decision-making.
Administrative Proficiency:
Proficient in administrative tasks such as managing emails, phone calls, and inquiries, maintaining CRM and databases records, preparing documents and reports, and handling general office duties.
Problem-Solving:
Capacity to identify challenges, propose solutions, and address issues proactively, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
Communication Skills:
Strong written & verbal communication skills to interact professionally and accurately with team members and sales staff. Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Confidentiality:
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years' related experience required. Microsoft Suite Experience required. Data management experience required. At least 1year of CRM experience required. Account management experience preferred. This is a remote position that must be located in the Seattle market.
Physical Requirements:
