Full-time Urture is a growing outdoor workwear brand based in Southern Vermont, serving a B2B and D2C clientele of trade and service companies nationwide. Urture is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales & Product Representative to grow our national customer base and build long-term partnerships with contractors and service companies. This role is ideal for someone who understands the trades, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and takes pride in helping teams improve both performance and brand presence through high-quality gear. Key Responsibilities
Develop new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and industry engagement.
Manage inbound leads and convert opportunities into long-term accounts.
Build relationships with medium and large trade and service companies.
Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings locally and nationally.
Present customized apparel, uniform, and gear solutions to clients.
Maintain an organized CRM, pipeline, and accurate reporting in HubSpot or a similar platform.
Collaborate with operations and production using internal systems and ERP workflows.
Participate in weekly reporting at Urture headquarters in East Dorset, VT. Qualifications
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally with significant annual new business generation.
Experience working with contractors, trades, or service businesses preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong follow-through.
Comfortable managing a pipeline independently.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
Experience with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail, for communication and reporting.
Familiarity with ERP systems to support order flow and operations.
Willingness to travel locally and nationally. What Success Looks Like

Base salary plus performance-based commission.
