High-Earning Sales Opportunity - Project Consultant at Derheim Painting Do you thrive on competition, love closing deals, and want to be rewarded for your results?

Derheim Painting is looking for a driven Project Consultant to join our high-performance sales team. What You'll Do Run sales appointments with homeowners (company-provided & self-generated leads). Present solutions using our proven F7 Sales Operating System . Accurately scope projects using PaintScout estimating software. Follow up on open proposals until they close or are disqualified. Maintain a full, healthy pipeline through both assigned and self-generated opportunities. Deliver a 5-star experience to every customer. What We Provide Paid training period to master the F7 Sales Operating System. All tools, software logins (G Suite, Go High Level, PaintScout), and company apparel. Unlimited income potential (top performers earn $150K+). Monthly performance bonuses for hitting Key Results Areas (KRAs). A competitive, supportive team culture where results are rewarded. Who You Are Competitive, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communicator who builds rapport quickly with homeowners. Coachable and eager to master our proven sales process. Self-motivated with the drive to prospect and self-generate leads. Willing to work evenings and some Saturdays to meet with customers. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable using technology (G Suite, Go High Level, PaintScout). Willing to follow a proven process and meet performance standards. Able to run 3+ appointments per day and maintain a full sales pipeline.
Compensation Structure Paid Training Period:
Base pay for onboarding & F7 mastery.
Post-Training:
100% commission — no cap on earnings.
Performance Incentives:
Monthly bonuses for hitting or exceeding KRAs, plus additional incentives for 5-star reviews and referrals.
Performance Expectations Close Rate:
≥ 30% on issued leads.
NSLI:
≥ $2,000.
Revenue:
$25K+ sold per week (post-ramp). F7
Process Adherence:
≥ 90%.
