Sales Representative

Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management. Conduct market analysis to identify potential leads and business opportunities. Manage sales territory effectively, ensuring coverage and follow-up with existing and prospective clients. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics. Engage in direct sales activities, including presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations. Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on sales initiatives and promotional campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in retail sales or direct sales roles is preferred. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
