Frequent travel throughout NH, ME, and VT, with required attendance at the Hingham, MA office at least once per week. Position Summary Mass Green Insulation is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to develop and grow business across Northern New England, including New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. This position is ideal for an individual with construction industry experience who enjoys building relationships, visiting job sites, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for builders, general contractors, developers, property owners, and other construction professionals within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and property managers throughout NH, ME, and VT. Conduct regular job site visits to identify opportunities and support ongoing projects. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events. Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and sales presentations. Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. Collaborate with internal estimating and operations teams to ensure project success. Track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM software. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities. Attend weekly meetings and training sessions at the company's headquarters in Hingham, MA. Represent the company professionally at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. QualificationsRequired Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, insulation, or waterproofing. Strong understanding of construction processes and job site environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage a large territory. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to travel extensively throughout NH, ME, and VT. Preferred Experience selling to general contractors, builders, or commercial construction clients. Knowledge of insulation systems, building envelope products, or energy efficiency solutions. Existing network within the New England construction industry. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission structure. Vehicle allowance and/or mileage reimbursement.
