Licensed Insurance Sales Representative — Allstate Agency Why This Role Exists People don't buy insurance. We're hiring a Sales Representative who's hungry to grow, genuinely cares about people, and wants the kind of career where your income reflects your effort. No route driving. No heavy lifting. Just real conversations that protect real families. What You'll Actually Do Help people get covered the right way — meet with prospects, understand what matters to them, and recommend auto, home, life, and umbrella policies that fit their life and budget Build a book of business that's yours — turn first conversations into long-term clients through honest advice and consistent follow-up Round out accounts — identify gaps in coverage and offer protection clients didn't know they needed (the right way, never the pushy way) Work warm and self-generated leads — quote, present, and close, then keep clients for life through service that earns referrals Hit and beat targets — track your pipeline, manage your day, and own your numbers What You Bring A track record in sales, customer service, or relationship-driven work — military, hospitality, retail, or service-industry backgrounds welcome Communication skills that make complex things simple and make people feel heard Self-motivation and the discipline to manage your own day without someone watching over your shoulder Basic comfort with numbers, quotes, and CRM tools A Texas General Lines (Property & Casualty / Life) license — or the drive to earn it fast (we'll support you; many of our best reps started unlicensed) What You Get Competitive base + uncapped commission + renewals — you build residual income that pays you for clients you closed months ago Paid licensing support and ongoing training under an established Allstate agency A clear path to senior producer or agency ownership for people who perform A team that actually wants you to win — collaborative, supportive, and ambitious The backing of one of the most recognized brands in America Who Thrives Here You're competitive but kind.
