ABOUT BIN BLASTERS

Bin Blasters is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company based in Tempe, Arizona. We service residential and commercial properties across the Phoenix metro area with trash bin cleaning, pressure washing, and window cleaning. We are expanding aggressively into the West Valley and looking for driven, self-motivated sales reps who want to build real income on their own terms. This is not a babysitting job. We don't care how you sell — door to door, social media, cold calls, networking, whatever works. We care about results.•

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You set your own schedule, work your own way, and get paid when deals close. The more you sell, the more you make. Simple. Our services give you a wide range of opportunities to close — from small residential bin cleaning subscriptions to large commercial pressure washing and window cleaning contracts.•

COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Bin Cleaning Recurring Accounts — $30 per sign-up Pressure Washing, Window Cleaning & Commercial Jobs — 20% of job value All commissions are paid after the first completed service. Examples of what you can earn: Close a $500 pressure wash job → $100 Sign up 5 bin cleaning accounts in a week → $150 Land a $2,000 commercial window cleaning contract → $400 Build a pipeline of recurring commercial accounts → ongoing residual income•

WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING

Residential trash and recycling bin cleaning (recurring subscriptions) Commercial bin cleaning and property maintenance Pressure washing — driveways, parking lots, storefronts, dumpster areas, exteriors Window cleaning — residential and commercial Target customers include restaurants, retail businesses, property managers, HOAs, and homeowners across the Phoenix metro area.•
