The Opportunity We're looking for a driven, confident, and people-first Sales Representative to help us connect with property management companies across Salt Lake and Utah County. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential perfect for a self-starter who loves the hunt and believes in what they're selling. Job Description

• Identify and reach out to qualified property managers and rental property owners through cold outreach, warm leads, and networking
• Book and conduct discovery calls and meetings with decision-makers
• Present Fresh Cleaning Solutions' value proposition and close new accounts
• Navigate gatekeepers to get in front of the right people
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
• Represent our brand with energy, professionalism, and integrity Requirements
• Proven track record in B2B sales or a strong hunger to build one
• Confident communicator who can get past gatekeepers and connect with decision-makers
• Self-motivated — you don't need hand-holding to hit your goals
• Organized, reliable, and consistent
• Familiarity with property management or real estate is a major plus
• Comfortable using tools like AppFolio, Property Meld, or CRM platforms (or eager to learn) Compensation
• 10% Profit Share on every contract you close as long as that account is active, you earn. Build a book of business that pays you month after month.
