Sales Representative

Sales Representative HighPeak Roofs LLC HighPeak Roofs, LLC is a residential and commerical roofing company based out of the High Rockies doing business throughout the mountains and into surrounding Dever Area. We are hiring for a motivated and experienced sales representative in the Colorado mountain area to assist in our expansion with our new office opening in Avon, close to Beaver Creek Resort. HighPeak Roofs has quickly become a trusted name in the mountains among our clients, partners, and team developing a strong company culture inside and out. With our online presence and aggressive digital marketing strategy, you will be provided with several hot leads per week giving you the opportunity to inspect, quote, and close so you can make more commissions without the constant need for cold call and door knocking.

Responsibilities Inclide:

Make sales calls to new and existing clients Follow up and document in Acculynx assigned leads from company Document sales, and notes by creating and updating customer records in Acculynx Source and develop client referrals. Generate and qualify opportunities, leads, and new clients Prepare sales action plans and strategies, respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, text, email, or in person Maintain customer database in Acculynx with proficient notes of all client and production interactions Negotiate with clients to close sales and maintain required production margins from estimate Develop sales proposals and estimates in Acculynx and submit for review and approval from management Prepare and present sales contracts for wet signature or through PandaDoc digital signing software Attend company trainings internal and external Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships to always achieve 5 star online reviews to our Google or Facebook page Perform quality checks on product and service delivery with photo verification and documentation to Acculynx Source, create, and participate in sales events Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development Skills and Requirements Sales experience, roofing or related contracting experience required CRM and computer literacy, preference for prospects with experience in Acculynx and Google Suites Drivers License Ability to read, understand, and develop estimates A motivated self-starter with strong ethics Communication and interpersonal skills (face to face and over email, text, or phone platforms) Comfortable with ladders, working on high roofs and properties, ability to carry 50+ pounds up and down ladders and on pitched surfaces Benefits 10% commission on revenue for projects, profit share on commercial service projects, and performance bonuses Competitive commission draw available Work from home, or our offices in Avon or Breckenridge.
