Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and online research to identify potential clients in need of pallet solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending tailored pallet products (e.g., standard, custom, or recycled options). Conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts to close deals efficiently. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress via CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, such as sustainable pallet materials and supply chain innovations, to provide value-added consultations. Travel to client sites as needed.Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial products (pallet or packaging sales experience is a plus). Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.What We Offer:
