This is not a desk job. This is a go-get-results, talk-to-homeowners, make-real-money opportunity. You'll be the face of the brand—meeting homeowners in person, building trust fast, and turning conversations into booked window cleaning, pressure washing, and solar panel cleaning jobs. If you're confident, competitive, and hungry to earn based on performance, this role is built for you. What You'll Do Knock doors and engage homeowners in person with confidence and energy Educate customers on our services (window cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning) Close deals on the spot and schedule jobs Upsell additional services when it makes sense for the customer Handle pricing conversations clearly and professionally Maintain daily activity and sales tracking Represent the Bros Window Cleaning brand with professionalism and pride What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and natural confidence speaking with people Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment Sales, customer service, or door-to-door experience is a plus (not required) Motivated by commission and uncapped earning potential Reliable, coachable, and consistent Valid driver's license preferred Pay Structure Commission Only Earn 30% per job sold Average jobs range from $200•1,000+
