We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, concrete, asphalt, painting, interior remodeling, and exterior construction services throughout the Oklahoma City area. We are currently hiring for the following positions: Sales Representative Project Manager Position Overview Sales Representative We are seeking a driven sales professional who can generate leads, build relationships with homeowners and commercial clients, and help guide customers through the estimating and closing process.
Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads Meet with potential clients and assess project needs Present estimates and close sales Maintain strong client communication from start to finish Project Manager We are looking for an organized and dependable project manager to oversee job sites and ensure projects are completed on time and at a high standard.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily job site operations Coordinate crews, materials, and schedules Communicate with clients and subcontractors Ensure quality control and project completion Requirements (Both Roles) Strong communication and professionalism Self-motivated and reliable work ethic Construction or sales experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate Ability to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently Valid driver's license required Compensation & Growth 1099 Independent Contractor to start Opportunity to transition into W-2 employment based on performance Commission and performance-based earning potential Growth opportunities within the company as we expand Perks & Benefits Gas card provided (based on performance/role needs) Company vehicle opportunity for qualifying roles Company tablet or cell phone provided for work use Long-term career growth with a fast-growing construction company
