First Place Solutions LLC Job Summary First Place Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our commercial cleaning business. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by connecting with offices, medical facilities, retail locations, and other commercial clients to present our cleaning services and close service contracts. This position may require travel throughout surrounding areas, including Gwinnett County, Fulton County, and Cobb County. Please also note that we offer 10% commission on every sale . We are looking for someone who is confident in outreach, enjoys building relationships, and has previous sales experience. Responsibilities Conduct outside sales visits to introduce our commercial cleaning services to local businesses Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and territory outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients Present service proposals and close new service agreements Track leads and client communication using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Upsell additional services such as floor care, deep cleaning, and specialty cleaning services Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred, but not required Commercial cleaning sales experience is a plus Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable transportation for local client visits Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and closing new business What We Offer Competitive pay with commission opportunities 10% commission on every sale Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company Supportive team environment Opportunity to help expand a growing local business Join First Place Solutions LLC and help us expand our commercial cleaning services to businesses throughout the community.
