Job Description
Market Sales Rep with PremBev The Local Market Sales Representative is responsible for developing and growing PremBev's presence within assigned territories by securing new on-premise and off premise accounts, supporting existing accounts, and driving brand visibility and depletion. This role is market-specific and focuses on relationship building, education, and execution at the account level. Responsibilities Open new on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, hotels, venues) Open new off-premise accounts (liquor stores, specialty retail) Present PremBev portfolios to buyers and decision-makers Secure placements, features, menus, displays, and promotions Conduct regular account visits within assigned territory Support tastings, staff trainings, and brand activations Build and maintain strong buyer and industry relationships Provide market feedback and competitive insights Track accounts, placements, and activity with regular reporting Ensure compliance with all local and state alcohol regulations
QUALIFICATIONS + COMMITMENT
Beverage alcohol, hospitality, or brand sales experience required Strong knowledge of the local territory market Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Expected commitment of at least 25 hours per week Flexible scheduling aligned with account buying hours Occasional evenings and weekends for events or activations Reliable transportation and ability to travel within territory Compensation Structure Base compensation (monthly retainer or hourly, if applicable) Commission on new accounts and/or depletion Incentives for milestones, placements, and volume targets Approved expense reimbursement (mileage, tastings, events)
