Job Description

Job Overview ​Are you an absolute killer closer who wants a commission structure that actually rewards your hard work? ​We are a expanding professional cleaning business in the Portland metro area. We don't offer basic, low-percent payouts. We run a highly competitive, high-incentive commission structure designed for serious sales professionals who know how to hunt, pitch, and lock down contracts. ​If you are motivated to handle incoming leads, manage quotes, and actively secure new accounts, this is the highest-paying sales opportunity in the local home/commercial services market. ​
Our Unbeatable Commission Structure:
​Small Market /
Residential Deals:
30% commission on closed jobs. ​
Medium-Sized Commercial Contracts:
50% commission on closed contracts. ​
Large Commercial Accounts:
70% to 80% commission on major corporate or large-scale contracts closed. ​
What You'll Do:
Lead Management:
Instantly follow up on incoming service inquiries across Facebook Marketplace, email, and phone. ​
Quote & Close:
Review customer requests (from high-intensity residential deep cleans to recurring business offices), calculate pricing, and aggressively follow up to secure the booking. ​B2
B Outreach:
Connect with local property managers, real estate agents, contractors, and business owners to build a strong pipeline of medium and large commercial accounts. ​
What We're Looking For:
​1+ years of proven sales or high-volume booking experience (experience in home services, roofing, solar, or commercial sales is a major plus). ​Elite communication and negotiation skills—you must know how to handle objections and close deals through messages and calls. ​Highly organized, self-motivated, and hungry to hit the 70%-80% payout tiers. ​Reliable phone and internet access. ​
