Duties Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Conduct route driving to visit clients and prospects efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly, emphasizing value through upselling techniques Manage pricing negotiations to align with customer budgets while maintaining profitability Perform merchandising tasks by organizing displays and ensuring product availability on shelves Handle heavy lifting when stocking or setting up promotional materials or inventory items Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships Apply organizational skills to plan daily routes effectively and maximize sales opportunities Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising roles preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is a plus Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and sales transactions Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stock replenishment or setup tasks Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell products confidently Knowledge of route driving and route planning strategies for efficient client visits Familiarity with merchandising standards and techniques for product presentation Organizational skills necessary for managing schedules, routes, and customer data effectively Military experience is advantageous, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities Join us as a Sales Representative and become a vital part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to growth, excellence, and delivering outstanding value to our customers!
