Duties Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, route deliveries, and customer feedback Conduct merchandising activities to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked Assist with heavy lifting and loading/unloading merchandise safely during deliveries and stock replenishment Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, sales techniques, and customer service principles Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred Excellent math skills for handling transactions, route planning, and inventory management Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely and efficiently Outstanding communication skills to connect with diverse customers and team members Organizational skills for managing routes, schedules, and merchandising displays Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and teamwork skills Embark on a rewarding career where your drive and dedication propel both your success and ours!
