Responsibilities Engage with customers directly to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Demonstrate excellent customer service by providing clear information and addressing inquiries promptly Utilize your knowledge of pricing strategies to offer competitive solutions that meet customer budgets Drive company vehicles safely on designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Perform route driving efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining accurate delivery records Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer experience Conduct merchandising activities to ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards Assist with heavy lifting tasks when handling inventory or supplies, following proper safety procedures Maintain organized records of sales transactions, route schedules, and customer interactions for optimal workflow management Apply your military discipline and organizational skills to uphold operational standards and safety protocols at all times Skills Strong understanding of pricing structures and the ability to apply them effectively during sales interactions Valid commercial driving license with experience in route driving and safe vehicle operation Excellent math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and quantities accurately Proven ability in upselling products or services to increase sales revenue Exceptional communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly convey product benefits Customer service expertise with a focus on building rapport and resolving issues efficiently Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create appealing product displays that attract attention Physical capability for heavy lifting tasks required during inventory management or setup activities Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, routes, and documentation seamlessly Military background or experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and strategic thinking Embark on a career that combines energy, strategy, and service excellence!
