The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on B2B sales. This role involves developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic territory management and lead generation. The Sales Representative will utilize CRM software and sales tools to deliver compelling product demos, negotiate deals, and upsell solutions that meet customer needs. A background in technology or product sales, along with excellent customer service skills, is essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits Develop and execute management strategies to maximize sales potential within assigned regions Generate leads and convert prospects into customers via direct sales efforts Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to the product portfolio Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations tailored to client needs Strong analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and customer requirements Experience in lead generation, cold calling, inside/outside sales, and direct sales approaches Knowledge of marketing strategies related to sales growth and customer engagement Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals eager to expand their career in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation and growth.
