Job Description
Preferred Roofing & Exteriors is now hiring motivated 1099 Independent Contractor Sales Representatives / Project Managers. We are looking for driven individuals who are hungry to grow, learn, and build a long-term opportunity within the roofing and insurance restoration industry.
Responsibilities:
- Door-to-door (D2D) lead generation and canvassing
- Roof inspections and storm damage identification
- Assisting homeowners through the insurance claim process
- Project management and customer communication
- Building and maintaining referral relationships
- Helping oversee jobs from inspection to completion
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Must be willing to learn roof inspections, building codes, and the insurance restoration process
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Construction or roofing knowledge is helpful, but training is available
