Montondo Sales Position Overview Montondo Sales is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to generate new business and contribute to the company's continued growth. This role carries a minimum expectation of producing $1 million+ in new annual sales, with the majority of business being self-generated. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through independent research (Google, online platforms, and other methods)
• Proactively reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media
• Expected daily cold calls: 20-40 per day
• Prepare and present quotes to potential customers
• Convert prospects into customers through effective closing techniques
• Maintain an active presence on Montondo Trailers' social media (minimum one Facebook post per week)
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Provide ongoing customer service after the sale
• Assist management with additional tasks as needed throughout the week Work Environment & Requirements
• Flexible schedule required; responsiveness and fast communication are critical
• Use of a personal cell phone is required
• Must have access to a computer at home
• Majority of work will be performed in-office, with some responsibilities outside the office Compensation
• Salary Plus Commission with expected annual compensation of $80,000+ Ideal Candidate
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and cold calling
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
• Sales experience preferred but not required
