Full-time About Us Superior Window Coverings is a Texas-based custom manufacturer of premium window coverings, including roller shades, sheer shades, woven wood shades, and soft roman shades. We sell wholesale through a network of dealers and trade partners, manufacturing custom product to order with fast turnaround and competitive pricing. As we expand our footprint across DFW, we're looking for a driven sales rep to grow our dealer base. The Role This is a hunting and relationship-building role. Your primary mission is to identify, pursue, and sign new dealer accounts throughout the Dallas area and surrounding markets. You'll be the face of Superior to prospective partners, building the relationships that turn into recurring wholesale orders. What You'll Do Prospect and identify potential dealers across
DFW:
interior designers, window covering retailers, blind and shade installers, contractors, furniture and home decor stores, and trade professionals. Conduct in-person visits, showroom drop-ins, and discovery meetings to introduce our product line, pricing, and dealer program. Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with dealer accounts so they choose Superior as their go-to supplier. Open new accounts and onboard dealers, walking them through ordering, product specs, and our trade program. Hit monthly and quarterly account acquisition and sales volume targets. Gather feedback from the field on pricing, products, and competitors to help shape our offering. Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and pipeline activity. What We're Looking For Proven outside or B2B sales experience, ideally in window coverings, building products, interior design, home improvement, or a related trade. A self-starter who is comfortable cold-calling, door-knocking, and prospecting without a lot of hand-holding. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Solid understanding of (or willingness to quickly learn) custom window covering products and how dealers operate. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (this is a field-based role covering the metroplex). Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven. Compensation Competitive base salary plus per-unit commission, paid from dollar one (no commission delay or threshold). Uncapped earning potential that grows with your book of business.
