For over 22 years , we've helped hundreds of thousands of drivers avoid points, fines, and insurance increases. We are a fast‑moving, established company looking to expand our phone sales team. Please note that our team is located in Arizona, however we are helping drivers in California. What You Will Be Selling You will be selling our service to help people who receive a traffic ticket, fight their traffic ticket. You will be paid a base salary of $36K to $40K plus a commission on every traffic ticket service you sell. We expect you to average with commissions up to about $64K per year. Position Overview We are seeking a driven, confident, and articulate Phone Sales Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls from customers who already need help with their traffic tickets. These are warm leads, no cold calling. All leads have entered information in our system requesting help with a traffic ticket.

Your job is simple:

make calls or answer calls, explain the service, and close the sale . If you're great on the phone, comfortable following a proven script, and enjoy helping people solve real problems, this role is for you. What You'll Do Make outbound calls from a database of people that have entered information in our system requesting help with a traffic ticket Answer inbound calls from California drivers seeking help with traffic tickets Follow a proven sales script and process Clearly explain how GetDismissed works and the benefits of Trial by Written Declaration Overcome basic objections and guide callers to purchase Enter customer information accurately into our system Maintain a positive, professional, and confident phone presence Meet daily/weekly sales goals (very achievable with our lead volume) What We're Looking For Strong phone communication skills Comfortable closing sales and asking for the order Ability to stay calm, confident, and helpful with stressed callers Reliable, punctual, and consistent Basic computer and typing skills Prior phone sales or call center experience preferred but not required Must be U.S.‑based and speak clear, fluent English What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + commission Daily inbound/outbound leads — no cold calling Flexible scheduling Work‑from‑home opportunity Training and ongoing support A stable company with 22+ years in business A simple, proven product that solves a real problem for customers
