Sales Representative

Description This is a full-cycle, front-line sales role where you'll guide customers from initial inquiry through purchase and delivery. If you enjoy camping, working directly with customers, and helping people choose the right gear for their adventures, this role may be a great fit. Greet and assist customers by phone, email, and in person at the showroom Manage leads and maintain accurate CRM records using HubSpot Build strong customer relationships and identify needs and use cases Develop in-depth product knowledge and clearly explain features, options, and benefits Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and answer technical questions Prepare quotes, explain financing options, and communicate delivery timelines Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals Attend trade shows, events, and occasional weekend activities Capture basic photo and video content for sales and marketing use Maintain a clean, organized, and up-to-date showroom Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings
