Up to $200.000 per year (Base Salary for 60 days intro period + Commissions on sales)

Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License. The Opportunity You will serve as the face of WTG Carpentry, acting as the primary link between high-value clients and our expert production team. This role empowers you to manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation to the final handshake, with a target revenue goal of $1.0M to $1.5M. You will have the autonomy to build your own pipeline while backed by a reputation for dependable, high-end craftsmanship. How You Will Make an Impact Generate and qualify new leads through proactive outreach and community networking to maintain a robust sales pipeline. Conduct detailed on-site consultations to assess project scopes and provide accurate, professional estimates to potential clients. Negotiate and close construction contracts by demonstrating the value of our premium materials and proven methods. Manage customer relationships throughout the build process, serving as the main point of contact for updates and concerns. Facilitate the collection of project deposits and milestone payments in person to ensure healthy project cash flow. Utilize CRM and estimating software to track lead progress and generate professional proposals for client approval. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 6 years of proven outside sales experience, specifically within the construction or remodeling industry. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding high-volume annual revenue targets. Strong proficiency in professional communication, public speaking, and high-stakes closing techniques. Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for frequent travel to client sites. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing field consultations with administrative reporting. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Associate's Degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field. Technical familiarity with industry tools such as handoff AI , Buildertrend, or QuickBooks for estimating. Experience managing lead sources such as Google Local Services, Houzz, or Thumbtack.
