  • Youth Sporting Goods & E-Commerce Unlimited Earning Potential | Excellent Commission Split | Flexible Hybrid Role We're growing and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our youth sporting goods business across team sales, leagues, clubs, schools, and e-commerce channels.
What You'll Do Develop relationships with youth sports organizations, teams, clubs, and schools Generate new business opportunities and manage existing accounts Promote sporting goods, apparel, equipment, and online store solutions Work closely with customers to create customized programs and sales solutions Support growth of our e-commerce platform and online fundraising/store initiatives What We're Looking For Sales experience preferred (sports industry experience is a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and results-driven Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment Passion for youth sports and helping organizations succeed What We Offer Excellent commission split Unlimited income potential Flexible hybrid work schedule Opportunity to grow with an expanding sports and e-commerce company Ongoing support and sales resources Compensation Commission-Based with Exceptional Revenue Sharing High performers can build a substantial recurring income through new account development and customer retention.
