- Cabinetry & Wood Products Lakeview Wood Products is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, or building materials who enjoys working directly with customers and helping them find the right solutions for their projects. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and other industry professionals. Assist customers with cabinetry and wood product selections. Provide expert guidance on wood species, cabinetry construction, finishes, and product applications. Prepare quotes, estimates, and sales proposals. Follow up on leads and manage projects through completion. Meet sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Stay informed on industry trends and product offerings. Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media content, customer outreach, promotional campaigns, trade shows, and community networking events. Help identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate new business. Qualifications Previous sales experience in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, building materials, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of wood species and cabinetry products. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to read plans and discuss project requirements with clients. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Experience with social media, marketing, or business development is a plus. Proficiency with estimating and sales software is a plus. Valid driver's license.
