Commission Only Position Overview:

NATPRO Investigations is seeking motivated, professional, and self-driven Sales Representatives to help expand our growing security and investigations company throughout Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, and surrounding areas. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with business owners and property managers, presenting NATPRO's security solutions, and assisting in securing new contracts for the company. This position is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in sales, business development, hospitality, real estate, property management, law enforcement, or security services who are confident in networking and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify potential clients needing security services Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, social media, and in-person visits Present NATPRO services professionally to businesses, apartment complexes, hotels, retail stores, churches, construction sites, and other organizations Coordinate meetings between potential clients and NATPRO management Assist in negotiating contract pricing and service agreements Maintain communication with prospective clients during the onboarding process Represent NATPRO professionally and ethically at all times Services Offered by

This is a commission-based position paid monthly. Sales Representatives will receive a negotiated commission percentage based on: The value of the contract secured Contract duration Profitability of the account Level of involvement in obtaining and maintaining the client relationship

Typical Industry Commission Structure:

Average commission rates for security sales representatives generally range between: 5% - 15% of monthly contract revenue Higher percentages may be approved for independently sourced or high-value accounts

Commission Duration:

Approved commissions will be paid monthly for a period of: 4 to 5 consecutive months from the official start date of the client contract Commission continuation beyond this period may be reviewed and approved by NATPRO management depending on account performance and ongoing involvement by the representative.

Example:

If a representative secures a contract worth: $7,500 per month At a 10% commission rate The representative would earn: $750 per month For up to 4-5 months Total estimated commission earnings: $3,000 - $3,750 Commission percentages and payment terms will be outlined in an Independent Contractor Agreement prior to engagement.

Qualifications:

This position is an Independent Contractor role and does not guarantee hourly wages or salary compensation. Earnings are based strictly on secured contracts and approved commission agreements between NATPRO Investigations, the client, and the representative. NATPRO Investigations reserves the right to approve all pricing negotiations, contracts, and commission structures before final execution with clients.
