In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored epoxy flooring solutions. This position offers a base hourly pay plus commission , making it a great opportunity for individuals who are driven to earn more based on performance. Responsibilities Engage with customers in person and via phone to identify their needs Generate leads and follow up with potential clients Present epoxy flooring services and explain benefits Provide estimates and close sales Upsell additional services when appropriate Maintain strong customer relationships Track sales activities and customer interactions Qualifications Experience in sales or customer service preferred (not required ) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working with commission-based incentives Reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred What We Offer Flexible schedule Training provided Growth opportunities within RINO Supportive team environment
