Training:

You will be trained on how to approach, assess needs and present solutions for pest issues. This isn't complicated. Our service and sales approach is very simple. Most every home has pest control and/or termite protection and many use mosquito treatments. We offer more value for much less. You will be showing customers how we can save them money and give them much more value.

Compensation:

You can earn within 2-4 days. We will have you ready to shadow a salesperson in the field very quickly! You will be Paid Weekly! This is a 100% commission position — your income is limited only by your efforts.

  Sales Reps must be able to close 8 sales minimum per week by the end of your first month, and top Reps can do 30 per week average, putting weekly pay at $800

• Qualified applicants will have an opportunity to shadow a Top Sales Associate to experience the job and ask questions.

This helps insure the opportunity is a good fit for you and us, prior to joining the team. With our knocking app, track sales, potential sales and check in with current customers to add services. Knock doors, introduce Procare services, explain how we service and how we can save them money and give 20-30% more value Educate homeowners on pest issues specific to Georgia (termites, mosquitoes, fire ants, rodents, etc.) Same-day/ next-day servicing so you get paid FAST! Sales manager available in the field for on-the-spot support Contests and cash prizes.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (mileage reimbursement available) Smartphone and the ability to work outdoors in Georgia weather Strong work ethic — you must be willing to knock 100-150 doors per day Excellent communication and people skills (no hard-selling — we teach a consultative approach) Pass a background check Pest control or door-to-door experience is a plus, but NOT required — we will train motivated beginners Who Thrives Here?
