Bigfoot Grafix is looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Representative who's ready to take ownership of their success and help us continue growing as one of Utah's most trusted print and graphics partners. You'll connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored print and signage solutions that elevate their brand while strengthening ours. Compensation With a base salary (DOE) and uncapped commission , your earning potential is wide open. We do provide a 401k and match 4% after a designated time. Mileage stipend to cover vehicle costs and gas. What You'll Do Hybrid schedule: In‑office Monday-Thursday Optional work‑from‑home Fridays (after training) Cold Calls, in person visits, zoom meetings, CRM up to date. Weekly sales meeting on Monday mornings. Visit new and existing clients, deliver products, and ensure smooth service Engage customers in a friendly, professional way to understand their needs Recommend print and signage solutions that genuinely benefit the customer Provide competitive quotes and negotiate confidently using pricing knowledge Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly Use your personal vehicle for client visits ( monthly stipend provided ) What You Bring Strong understanding of pricing strategies and how they impact sales Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Solid math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and margins Ability to upsell naturally without being pushy Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Customer‑service mindset that creates positive, lasting experiences Why Bigfoot Grafix Relationship‑driven print and graphics company that values trust, consistency, and long‑term partnerships.
