We're expanding our sales team with a full‑time Estimator/Sales Representative serving the central Iowa region.

Raising and leveling sunken concrete gives us a unique competitive advantage in our market. Our work keeps homes, businesses, and community spaces safe, accessible, and functional — and you'll be part of the team that makes that happen. We serve residential customers as well as municipalities, schools, healthcare facilities, counties, parks and recreation departments, and a wide range of commercial clients.
IDEAL ESTIMATOR/SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Independent:
This is a remote role. After training, you'll make daily decisions confidently without immediate supervision. This role offers the freedom to manage your own schedule, make decisions in the field, and build relationships your way.
Tools:
Able to use a tape measure; basic familiarity with other tools is helpful. Comfortable with computers, iPhones, and iPads at a basic to intermediate level.
CRM Experience :
Prior use of a CRM for notes, scheduling, and pipeline management is beneficial.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel daily to meet prospects, explain our services, and recommend the most cost‑effective solution—even when that means we're not the right fit. Communicate professionally with prospects and customers in person, by email, and by phone. Work a mix of provided leads and self‑generated leads through in‑person outreach, email, phone, and CRM activity. Create on‑site estimates using our process: photos, detailed measurements, and clear, high‑quality notes for our office and field teams. Negotiate pricing both on‑site and over the phone. Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, especially during peak lifting season. No two days look the same — you'll be out meeting people, solving problems, and seeing the impact of your work firsthand.
BENEFEFITS/COMPENSATION/WORK STRUCTURE
Full‑time position with flexibility. Base salary + uncapped commission Base salary: $30,000-$50,000 , depending on experience High performers can exceed $175,000 Company vehicle and gas provided. Laptop, iPad, and iPhone provided. Home‑based role; an office location may be added in the future, with the expectation of working from the office when not traveling. Paid training provided.
