TripleMark Outdoors Location:
90% Remote (On-site visits/events as needed)
Compensation:
Commission-Based (Percentage of bookings discussed during interview) About TripleMark Outdoors TripleMark Outdoors is a growing outdoor experience company specializing in upland hunts, European-style tower shoots, and clay shooting events , including nighttime glow clays, trap, and skeet . We provide high quality, memorable experiences for individuals, corporate groups, and organizations looking for something beyond the ordinary. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to help grow our booking pipeline and expand our reach into corporate and group events. This is a primarily remote role (approximately 90%) , offering flexibility and unlimited earning potential for the right individual. This position is ideal for someone who already has strong connections ( "a solid rolodex" ) and understands the outdoor and hunting lifestyle. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a strong focus on: Corporate clients Oil & gas companies Business owners hosting client appreciation or employee events Promote and sell TripleMark Outdoors experiences including: Upland hunts European-style tower shoots Clay shooting events (trap, skeet, and glow clays) Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and repeat clients Coordinate group bookings and communicate event details with clients Represent the TripleMark brand professionally in all interactions Occasionally attend events or meet clients in person when needed Target Focus While individual bookings are welcome, your primary focus will be: Large groups and corporate outings Client entertainment events Employee appreciation experiences Qualifications Strong knowledge of: Upland hunting European-style tower shoots Clay shooting (trap, skeet, and nighttime glow clays) Proven sales ability or strong relationship network (the better your contacts, the more success you'll have) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset Compensation & Work Structure Commission-based pay (percentage of bookings; discussed during hiring) Flexible schedule: You control your time and workload This is a "you get out what you put in" opportunity High earning potential with strong network and effort Why Join TripleMark Outdoors?
