Maintain and grow existing client relationships. Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting. Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac. Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs. Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support. Attend team meetings and trainings. Qualifications:
Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain) is required. Proven industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and results driven. Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check. Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship. Open to candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, including leadership experience, healthcare, teaching, ministry, military, public service, logistics/dispatch, and call center or telemarketing roles.
